About Bink Media

We build search visibility the way we’d want it built for our own businesses.

Bink Media is a small, Netherlands-based search growth company. We combine years of building and running digital businesses with a focused, practical approach to SEO and Digital PR — for companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

Our story

Built from running our own websites — not from a sales deck.

Bink Media combines years of experience building digital businesses with a focused, practical approach to SEO and search visibility. We didn’t start as an agency. We started as website owners who needed search to work — for our own projects first.

Along the way we used the same methods we offer today: careful improvements to existing pages, technical housekeeping, content written for real search intent, and expert responses to journalist requests on platforms such as HARO. We built an internal process around that work, refined it, and learned where real effort pays off — and where most wasted effort goes.

That process became Bink Media: a deliberately small team with SEO as its core service and Digital PR alongside it. We work with businesses that have an English-language website and want steady, well-documented progress in search — without long reports full of activity that never moves anything.

Search visibility is the difference between a good offer nobody finds and one that brings in customers every month.

Robbert Bink, FounderHis perspective

Why defined packages

We sell defined monthly work — not vague retainers.

Most frustration with SEO comes from not knowing what you’re paying for. So we made it obvious: fixed prices, listed deliverables, and reports that show the work.

  1. 01

    Clarity

Every package lists exactly what happens each month. You can compare plans and prices before you ever speak to us.

  2. 02

    Consistency

Search rewards steady work. A fixed monthly scope means improvements land every month — not in bursts whenever someone remembers.

  3. 03

    Honest measurement

We report the work we completed separately from how your search performance moved, so you can judge both for yourself.

  4. 04

    Quality standards

A defined scope lets us do each piece properly — researched, reviewed and implemented with care — instead of spreading effort thin.

  5. 05

    Clear expectations

A 3-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. What is in scope, and what is not, is written down before we start.

The founder

Robbert Bink

Founder & Growth Strategy

Robbert started building websites around 2007 and never really stopped. What began as hands-on web development grew into building and operating online businesses of his own — first as the technical builder behind them, later as the founder of Bink Online.

Running his own sites is where search stopped being theory. When a website is part of how you earn a living, you learn quickly that visibility isn’t a vanity metric. You also learn which work actually moves things — and which work mostly fills a report.

Over the years his work has spanned websites, technology and digital growth projects: the infrastructure, the content and the commercial side. Bink Media grew out of that experience, and out of a simple conviction — that small and mid-sized businesses deserve search work that is planned carefully, carried out properly and reported honestly.

I’d rather show a client exactly what we did this month than promise a ranking nobody controls.

Robbert Bink, FounderOn how we report

Today Robbert is responsible for Bink Media’s business strategy, technology, partnerships and client acquisition. He shapes the packages, sets the quality bar, and makes sure every promise on this website is one the team can keep — month after month.

SEO lead

Olesia

SEO Specialist & Client Operations

Olesia is the person behind most of the monthly work our clients see. She researches keywords and search intent, improves existing pages, plans new content, and builds the internal links that help search engines — and visitors — understand how a website fits together.

Her days are spent in Google Search Console and professional SEO tools: watching how pages perform, catching issues before they grow, and turning the data into a clear next step on the roadmap. She cares about the unglamorous details — a title that misses the searcher’s intent, a page nothing links to, a query sitting just outside the top results — because that is usually where steady progress comes from.

She is also your day-to-day contact. Olesia manages client relationships, answers questions herself and writes the monthly reports, so you always know what was done, why it matters and what comes next.

How we work

Six standards we hold ourselves to.

They aren’t slogans. They decide how we scope packages, what goes into your report and what we say no to.

  1. 01

    Direct communication

You talk to the people doing the work. Questions get straight answers — including “we don’t know yet” when that’s the honest one.

  2. 02

    Careful execution

Changes to a live website are checked before and after. We would rather do fewer things properly than many things carelessly.

  3. 03

    Clear expectations

SEO usually takes months to show its full effect. We say so up front, along with what we can and cannot control.

  4. 04

    Consistent work

Something meaningful is delivered every month — research, an improved page, a technical fix — and it is all in your report.

  5. 05

    Honest measurement

Work delivered and outcomes observed are reported separately. No vanity metrics, no cherry-picked screenshots.

  6. 06

    Quality standards

Every page we write or change is reviewed by a person. No automated spam, no paid link schemes, no shortcuts that put your site at risk.

Why the Netherlands → international clients

A Dutch company, working for English-language markets.

We are based in the Netherlands and work with businesses in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Our working day overlaps almost entirely with the UK’s and with North American mornings, and everything we produce — research, content, reports and correspondence — is written in English.

Being an EU business also means we handle your data under the GDPR, one of the strictest privacy frameworks there is. And we’ll admit to a Dutch habit that clients tend to appreciate: we say plainly what we think.

Let’s talk about where your customers search.
