Qualified demand, not interruptions
Search visitors arrive with a need and an intent. You are not interrupting them — you are answering the question they just asked. That makes organic search one of the most qualified sources of new business.

Why search visibility matters
Every day, potential customers type your service into Google — often with their wallet already open. If your website doesn’t show up, that demand goes to a competitor. SEO is how you meet it.
Search visitors arrive with a need and an intent. You are not interrupting them — you are answering the question they just asked. That makes organic search one of the most qualified sources of new business.
A well-optimized page keeps working long after the work is done. Each month’s improvements build on the last, which is why consistent work tends to outperform occasional big pushes.
Being found for the right searches — with pages that answer questions clearly — builds credibility before a prospect ever contacts you.
What we improve
Good SEO isn’t one trick — it’s steady work across the things search engines and searchers care about. Your plan decides how much capacity goes into each, and your roadmap decides where it goes first.
We research what your customers actually type, group it by intent and map each important query to the right page — so pages stop competing with each other and real demand stops going unanswered.
Your current pages are often the quickest win. We sharpen titles, headings, copy, FAQs and structure so each page clearly answers the search it deserves to be found for.
On Growth and Scale, we plan and write new search-focused pages — services, locations, guides — of up to roughly 1,000 finished words, built around demand we can see.
A monthly health review catches what quietly holds a site back: broken links, redirect chains, indexing problems, duplicate tags. Minor fixes are included in every plan.
Links between your own pages tell search engines what matters most. We add purposeful internal links that lead visitors and crawlers to your key pages.
Where your business is eligible, we review your profile’s categories, services and details so local searchers find accurate, complete information.
We check your Google Search Console data every month — indexing, queries and pages — to catch problems early and see which improvements are starting to land.
How a month works
A simple, disciplined rhythm. No random tasks, no busywork — each month starts from your data and ends with a clear account of what changed.
We review your Search Console data, rankings, competitors and site health to see what changed and where the opportunities are.
We pick the work with the best expected impact for your plan’s capacity — and tell you what we chose and why.
We do the work: page optimizations, new content, technical fixes and internal links — finished, not just recommended.
We track what moved, write your monthly report and separate the work delivered from the outcomes observed.
What we learned feeds the next month’s research. Small, consistent improvements are how SEO compounds.
Every month, on a steady rhythm
Scope, defined
“Optimization” can mean anything from a ten-minute meta tag tweak to a full rewrite. So we define our terms — you know exactly what a unit of work is before you sign.
01 Meaningful page optimization
A substantive, research-led improvement to one existing page — not a quick tag tweak. Typically: confirming the search intent the page should serve, rewriting the title and meta description, improving headings and copy, adding or strengthening FAQs and supporting sections, refining internal links and checking on-page elements like images.
02 New page creation
A new search-focused page — or a substantial rewrite of a weak one — of up to roughly 1,000 finished words. Includes keyword and intent research, an outline, the written copy, on-page SEO and internal links. Delivered ready to publish, and we can add it to your CMS when access allows. You approve it first.
03 Minor technical fix
A contained technical correction we can make within your CMS or settings in a short amount of time — for example fixing broken links, correcting a redirect, resolving duplicate titles, updating sitemap or robots settings, or adding missing alt text. Bigger issues are documented with a clear recommendation.

Northside Plumbing Co.
Summary from your SEO specialist
Written by a person, not generated
A productive month. The new water heater page went live and is already being indexed, and the emergency plumber page now matches what searchers actually ask. Impressions are trending up; clicks are following more slowly, which is normal at this stage. Next month we focus on drain cleaning and the Northside location page.

After 90 days: month-to-month
Your plan continues on a monthly rolling basis. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice — no long lock-in.

Honest expectations
SEO is valuable precisely because it can’t be bought outright. Here is what you can count on — and what no honest agency can promise.
You can count on
Every deliverable in your plan, completed each month and documented in your report.
Realistic timelines
Results typically build over several months. Competitive markets and newer websites usually take longer.
No guaranteed rankings
Google decides rankings, and algorithms change. Anyone guaranteeing position one is guessing — or worse.
Work vs. outcomes
Reports separate what we delivered from what we observed, so you can judge progress on facts.
Who does the work
Your SEO is planned and executed by named people. Tools make us efficient; experienced humans decide what to do and check every piece of work.

SEO questions
Still deciding? These are the questions business owners ask us most. Anything else — just ask.
SEO typically builds over several months. Technical fixes and page improvements can start showing early signals within weeks, but meaningful, durable change usually takes longer — especially in competitive markets. That is why every plan starts with a three-month initial term: it gives the work a fair chance to show its effect.
No — and you should be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s rankings. What we guarantee is the defined monthly work in your plan, done carefully and reported transparently. Every report separates the work we delivered from the outcomes we observed.
It depends on your plan. Essentials covers one meaningful page optimization, a technical health review with one minor fix, internal linking and Search Console monitoring. Growth adds a new SEO page (or substantial rewrite) each month and a quarterly strategy review. Scale doubles the content and optimization capacity. See the full package comparison.
The first month is mostly research and setup — audit, baseline, keyword map and roadmap — and SEO changes need time to be crawled and evaluated. Three months is the shortest period in which we can do the work properly and show you something meaningful. After that, your plan runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Yes. On Growth and Scale, we research, outline and write new search-focused pages of up to roughly 1,000 finished words each. We use professional tools to work efficiently, but a human SEO specialist plans, edits and checks everything before it reaches you. You approve content before it goes live.
Ideally Google Search Console, Google Analytics, access to your website’s CMS and — if relevant — your Google Business Profile. We send a simple checklist during onboarding and explain what each access is for. See how onboarding works.
Our SEO plans focus on your website itself: content, optimization, technical health and internal linking. For earning editorial backlinks from journalists, we offer a separate HARO link building service with a guaranteed minimum number of links per campaign. We never buy links or use link schemes.
A named SEO specialist does the day-to-day work and is your direct contact, with strategy oversight from our founder. You will always know who is responsible for what. Meet the team.
